How to read this page
Each row is a KIZA service area. The colored bars show the last 90 days. Hover or tap a bar for details on that day.
- Operational
- All equipment serving the area is online.
- Brief Blip
- A short interruption (5 minutes or less) that resolved on its own.
- Partial Outage
- Some equipment is offline. Some customers in the area may be affected while others are not.
- Outage
- The area is offline. We are aware and working on it — no need to call.
- Maintenance
- Planned work (such as equipment upgrades). Brief interruptions are expected and normal.
- No Data
- We don’t have monitoring records for that period.
- ⚡ On Backup Power
- Grid power is out at the tower, but service is running normally on generator or battery backup. No action needed on your end.
